Off the Wall Art Contest

What the heck is it?!

An art contest inside Born Again Resale & Consignment. Art is voted on by the community including your family and friends.

Who is eligible?

Currently enrolled high school (grades 9 through 12, includes homeschoolers) and college students are eligible to submit a work of art. Amateur artists only, one piece per artist.

What kind of art work can be submitted?

Two-dimensional art in mediums appropriate for paper or canvas. No photography, please. Since the art will be mounted on the ceiling (hence the name "Off the Wall") it cannot have pieces attached to it. The theme for this year's contest is "The Soul". We invite you to interpret that however you wish, but your art must be G-rated for the benefit of our youngest customers.

What's in it for me?!

Lots! All participants will receive a packet of free stuff from local businesses who support our local amateur artists! In addition first, second, and third prizes will be awarded to the artists who receive the most votes. Winners will receive gift certificates from Spot On Yogurt, Brockman's Art & Custom Framing, His Story Christian Gift Center, Born Again Resale & more!

Download and print the forms below and read them. Fill out the application, sign it and follow the directions for submitting your art. The deadline to have your work in to us is Friday, December 23, 2011 at 4pm.
